I used cream cheese, artichoke hearts, parmesan, chives and salt and pepper. Make sure to use fresh chives in this recipe. It does make a difference.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese (240 grams)
- 1.5 cups artichoke hearts, water drained
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh chives
- a generous pinch of black pepper
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth (or to your liking).
- Serve right away or chilled!
