Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving (for best results).
Enjoy with potato chips.
Notes
You can use a combination of sour cream (or Crème Fraiche) and natural unsweetened Greek yogurt.
Celery salt can be substituted with fine salt.
Instead of onion powder, you can use garlic powder.
Make ahead:
You can make it up to a day in advance. Store in the fridge in a sealed jar or airtight container until ready to serve.
