avocado

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste.
Add more seasoning or lemon juice, if needed.
Notes
For best results use full-fat cottage cheese.
You can add more than this if you like.
If you have a small avocado, use all of it.
If you don’t have olive oil on hand it is better to omit it completely rather than substitute it with another type of oil.
Cilantro can be omitted or substituted with fresh parsley. The quantity you add depends on your liking.
