This is a recipe for an easy garlic dip without mayonnaise. This garlic sauce is a versatile condiment and can be used for steak, roasted veggies, burgers or as a dipping sauce for artichokes!
In a small bowl (soup bowl will do), combine all the ingredients until smooth. Give it a taste. Add more salt, pepper, ketchup or garlic, if you like.
Serve with roasted artichokes, burgers, veggies, tacos …

Notes
This sauce can be easily doubled/tripled .... Quantities of every ingredient can be adjusted to your liking.
For best results use fresh garlic. One small clove is plenty for ½ cups of sour cream. If you want to add more, I recommend tasting it first and adding only after, if needed.
If you are on a low-sodium diet, you can omit this completely.
This sauce can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days (make sure to store it in an air-tight container or sealed jar).
