Easy recipe for homemade goat cheese log with fresh chives. This quick appetizer is perfect if you need any last-minute appetizer ideas or something to put on your cheese board.
Rinse, pat dry and finely chop fresh chives. Spread them evenly on your chopping board and roll the cheese log in it until it is fully covered in chives.

Notes
I used 1 small goat cheese log (3.5 ounces/100 grams). You can use a larger log if you like. The 1 cup of chopped chives should also be enough for a larger log.
