Transfer the avocado flesh to a medium-sized bowl. Use a fork to mash it (you can leave some chunks or mash it until smooth). Add chopped cherry tomatoes, minced onion, chopped parsley, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
Taste and add more seasoning/lemon juice, if needed.

All the ingredients can be adjusted to your liking. You can add more onion, less tomatoes, more lemon juice, etc…
You can use cilantro instead of parsley and lime instead of lemon.
