(about 200 grams, see note 1)

sour cream
(see note 2)

extra virgin olive oil

garlic clove

Instructions
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth (see note 3).
Transfer onto a serving plate and enjoy as is or top with anything you like (see note 4).
Notes
Balkan cheese will also work. If you use 8 ounces, increase the quantity of sour cream to
⅔
cup.
Sour cream can be substituted with unsweetened Greek yogurt or natural yogurt.
If the dip turns out way too thick to your liking, add more sour cream and olive oil. The sour cream also reduces the saltiness of this Feta dip.
Optional toppings:
seeds, paprika, olives, olive oil, lemon zest, a drizzle of lemon juice, fresh herbs.
