Instructions
Transfer all the ingredients into a bowl (when mixing with an electric whisk or by hand) or food processor.
Whisk/mix/process until smooth.
Enjoy with your favorite fruits.
Notes
Instead of Greek yogurt, you can use plain natural yogurt or sour cream.
Powdered sugar or confectioner’s sugar (US) is the same as icing sugar (UK).
About 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. If you find that the dip is too sour to your liking, add more sugar. If too sweet, add more lemon juice.
This yogurt fruit dip thickens in the fridge and the lemon juice may separate from the thick part. Simply stir before serving.
This recipe serves about 6 people. It can be easily doubled or tripled if needed.
Store in the fridge covered before serving.
This fruit dip will keep in the fridge for 3–4 days when stored properly.
